- Can I freeze Susansnaps?
- Susansnaps do stay fresh for 4 months just they way they are. But, if you choose to freeze, Susansnaps freeze beautifully and can last up to a year!
- What if I have allergies?
- The most common allergies in Susansnaps are: eggs, peanut butter, coconut, or please refer to our ingredient list. We use only natural ingredients & we do not add any preservatives. We do use peanut butter in our pnuttysnaps. If you have any of these allergies, we suggest you not eat Susansnaps. While of course we would like your business, we’d rather you be safe than sorry!
- How are orders completed?
- We process orders as we receive them. To specify a specific ship date, please call us directly (404) 497-9210 or e-mail us at . We can take your order over the phone or we can pull your online order and add a ship date.
- What about ordering for the Holiday Season?
- December is quite exciting at Susansnaps and our busiest time of the year! It is NEVER too early to order for the holidays! Please organize your list & contact us as early as possible and we can set your order aside with a ship date for December. You may place your order by phone (404) 497-9210, fax (404) 497-9211, or email . Once we receive your order, within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation phone call.
- How do I receive a brochure?
- We are happy to mail you a brochure. Please email us your address at attn: Please mail me a Susansnaps Brochure.
- Do you include my gift message?
- Yes! We will print your gift message on a Susansnaps gift card.
- Will you include my business card, brochure, or personal cards?
- Yes, we are delighted to include your business card, brochure, or personal cards with your gift of Susansnaps. Please mail or drop-off you card(s) at Susansnaps 229 Hilderbrand Dr. Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Please provide at least 2 days before ship date.
- Do you hand-deliver Susansnaps?
- We do not deliver Susansnaps. We ship and/or you may visit our shop! Please feel free to pick-up orders in our store (229 Hilderbrand Dr. Sandy Springs, GA 30328).
- What if I made an error in my order?
- Please call us (404-497-9210) immediately! If your order has not been processed, we will attempt make any adjustments. IMPORTANT! Carefully review your order before placing online. Once you’ve placed your order, the transaction is finalized.
- What if the address I provided was wrong?
- If the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We will not refund your money. If you want, we will provide new Susansnaps at 1/2 price, however, you must pay the full price on shipping. If Susansnaps used an incorrect address, we will notify you and either refund your costs or ship a new package at no charge to you.
- Can I order multiple gifts to different addresses at one time on your site?
- At this time, our website cannot process an order to multiple addresses. Not to worry - our team at Susansnaps is ready to take on the work for you. Just give us a call, we'll manage everything under one easy order and payment: 404-497-9210.

- Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?

- No, we do not ship internationally. We’re sorry if this causes any inconvenience!
- What is the shelf life of Susansnaps?
- All of our snaps are packaged and sealed immediately after baking and have a shelf life of 4 months.
- Who do you use to ship Susansnaps?
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Atlanta, Georgia and take from 3 to 7 days for delivery, depending on location.
- Do you handle Corporate gift giving?
- Yes! Susansnaps are the perfect gift for customer appreciation, get well and especially…the Holidays!
