Hi, I’m Susan, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to Susansnaps – the gingersnap cookie company that I co-own with my mom, Laura. Our journey began when I was undergoing cancer treatment, and my mom felt helpless to ease my pain. To cheer me up, she began baking the most delicious gingersnap cookies. We decided to turn this one special cookie into a business, and it started in our family garage. Today, we bake 10,000 gingersnaps daily and spread cheer through our delectable cookies.
