All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Atlanta, Georgia and take from 3 to 7 days for delivery, depending on location.
All of our snaps are packaged and sealed immediately after baking and have a shelf life of 4 months.
No, we do not ship internationally. We’re sorry if this causes any inconvenience!
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii! There is an additional charge of $20.00. Please call us directly to place your order to Hawaii or Alaska. (404) 497-9210
If the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We will not refund your money. If you want, we will provide new Susansnaps at 1/2 price, however, you must pay the full price on shipping. If Susansnaps used an incorrect address, we will notify you and either refund your costs or ship a new package at no charge to you.
