For over 19 years, we’ve been crafting delicious, one-of-a-kind gingersnap cookies that bring joy to every occasion—whether you’re celebrating or looking for comfort. Founded by my mom, Laura, and me, Susansnaps began during a difficult time in our lives. While both my dad and I were undergoing chemotherapy, we discovered the soothing power of ginger. Inspired by that, and the universal love for fresh-baked cookies, my mom and I turned this simple comfort into something special. What started as a gesture of kindness has grown into a beloved cookie company with a heartwarming story at its core.
